Orders & Payments
Order Placement
By placing an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Auto Spares Hub USA. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order placement. Your payment information is processed securely through encrypted channels. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Order Verification
For your protection, high-value orders may require additional verification. We may contact you via email or phone to confirm order details. Failure to respond to verification requests within 48 hours may result in order cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer Standard (5-7 business days), Expedited (3-5 business days), and Express (1-2 business days) shipping options. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $1,199.98 or more before taxes. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.
Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Auto Spares Hub USA are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or reshipment.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns not due to our error. Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: electrical parts that show signs of installation or testing, special order or custom-made parts, items returned after 30 days, and items missing original packaging or documentation. Hazardous materials may have additional restrictions.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Store credit is issued for returns after 30 days.
Return Shipping
For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Warranty & Product Information
Manufacturer Warranties
All parts sold by Auto Spares Hub USA are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category and manufacturer. Warranty claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. We will assist with the warranty claim process upon request.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including images, descriptions, specifications, and fitment data. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Fitment Responsibility
While we provide fitment information and compatibility tools, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to verify that a part is correct for their specific vehicle. We are not liable for parts ordered based on incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.
Installation
Auto Spares Hub USA is not responsible for installation errors, improper use, or damage caused by unqualified installation. We strongly recommend professional installation for complex components. Warranty may be voided if installation guidelines are not followed.
Limitation of Liability
Auto Spares Hub USA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the liability.
We are not liable for any damage to vehicles, personal injury, or property damage resulting from the use or installation of products purchased from our Site. You assume all risk and liability for the selection, installation, and use of any product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
