Our Return Policy

Eligible for Return

  • • Unused items in original, unopened packaging
  • • Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • • Defective or damaged items upon arrival
  • • Incorrect items shipped by Auto Spares Hub USA

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery
  • • Electrical parts that show signs of installation or testing
  • • Special order or custom-made parts
  • • Items returned after 30 days from delivery (store credit only)

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to returns that are not due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged). Items returned in original, unopened condition within 30 days with no restocking fee if the return is due to our mistake.

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

For returns after 30 days, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Contact us via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Item

Securely pack the item in original packaging with all accessories and the RMA number clearly marked.

Ship It Back

Ship to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. We’ll provide the return address.

Get Refunded

Once inspected and approved, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.

Warranty Information

All parts sold by Auto Spares Hub USA are backed by manufacturer warranties. Warranty periods vary by product category and manufacturer.

  • Engine & Transmission Parts: 12 months / 12,000 miles
  • Brake Components: 12 months unlimited mileage
  • Electrical Parts: 6 months from date of purchase
  • Filters, Belts & Hoses: 6 months from date of purchase

Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. See full warranty terms for details.
